SRJ is a woman-owned and operated fine jewelry company based out of Orlando, whose body of work explores concepts of dichotomy and balance with a retro-futuristic flare. We work with ethically sourced gemstones and recycled metals whenever possible and take a great deal of pride in creating modern day heirlooms that can be treasured for generations to come.
Project Coordinator/Production Coordinator
Oversee all aspects of production, such as:
-Laise communication between suppliers, runners, and team of jewelers
-Presents status updates at twice weekly production meetings
-Tracks and keeps schedule for production windows and promised time frames
-Updates Inquiry & Order Tracking sheet daily
-Shares status updates with clients
-Packages and ships orders
The ideal candidate is someone who is:
-Motivated to learn
-Attentive to detail
-Can juggle multiple projects at once
-Is highly organized
Jewelry knowledge or Jewelry production is a plus but not required.
Must be available M-F during regular business hours. 10-20 hours a week which may fluctuate based on business needs.
